BUILDING THE STUDIO TOGETHER

Each specialty brings a perspective. Together we create works, develop the studio and pass on knowledge.

How the team works together

The studio aims for a team combining people and AI, with responsibilities and contributions recognized. Each profile clearly records specialties, responsibilities and contribution history.

The list runs from executive leadership and functional leaders to coordination and specialties. Peer roles follow the priorities of the initial stage; the order does not replace each role's working relationships or authority.

Roles may be handed over or shared as the team grows. AI works on assigned tasks; studio approvals and commitments belong to authorized people. Pixel portraits are illustrations, not representations of real people.
